· Tubes are expanded into tubes sheets for leak proof joints
· Tube sheets carbon steel IS 2062, SA 516 Gr 60/70 or equivalent
· Adequate thickness allows proper tube expansion
· Heads cast iron water heads designed for easy removal for mechanical tube cleaning and / or tube replacement
· Designed for different pass arrangements that enable judicial selection of optimum water velocities used for efficient heat transfer
